How long do health certificates take to process?
International health certificates can take 1-3 months in order to process you must call early (for more information, click here).
Can you take back my unused medicines?
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to take custody of dispensed and unused medications. For disposal locations, click here.
Species we will not see
Skunks, wildlife, raccoons, foxes, servals, primates, prairie dogs, wolves/wolfdog hybrids, and venemous animals.
Are you fear free certified?
Technically no but we have been through the silver level certification with Low-Stress Handling which we deem to be superior.
Do you provide curbside service?
If requested, we still can serve you curbside.
High Call Volume
We, like other vets, are overwhelmed with calls. Please be patient with communication and scheduling delays.
Are you open on the weekends?
